Ingredients:
- At least 1 lb shrimp or more (I used about 6 b/c they were large shrimp
- Lime
- Avocado
- Cilantro
- Siete seasoning (spicy or mild your pick)
- Black Beans
- Siete Jalapeno Botana sauce
- cole slaw – 1 bag is good you won’t need to use all of it judge it by how many burritos you’re preparing
- your choice of wrap (spinach, wheat, siete grain free wraps)
Instructions:
- Season shrimp w/ 1 pack of siete seasoning in a mixing bowl
- Saute on medium high heat (to get a nice color on your shrimp you want the stove fairly high when you first place the shrimp down) – about 2-3 minutes on each side to cook through
- Place cooked shrimp aside in a dish
- Slice avocado + red onion + lime
- Place cole slaw in mixing bowl add fresh lime juice & fresh cilantro + jalapeno botana sauce & mix
- Warm your wrap on stove
- To build your wrap place cole slaw down first, then shrimp, + remaining toppings
- Wrap like a burrito & then cut diagonally in half for a fancy finish
Black Beans
- Follow instructions on can, or bag to warm black beans – if you’re doing canned black beans adding garlic & cumin adds a nice touch for flavor
