We ship from within the U.S. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, and 7-10 business days to receive. Pre-orders require 14 business days for processing time, and 1-3 business days to receive once shipped. Please note your order may be processed/shipped quicker than the above mentioned timeframes.

Billing

We process payments through PayPal. Credit card and debit card information is not viewable and is not stored on our servers.

Charges will appear on your statement as “PAYPAL* KIRSTIN NICHE”.
