Ingredients:

  • chopped bok Choy 
  • red onion 
  • no evil foods chorizo plant meat (substitute whatever meat or no meat you want)
  • sliced almonds 
  • dates 
  • mini heirloom tomatoes 
  • grape seed oil 
  • sesame oil 
  • slap ya mama seasoning 
  • adobo 
  • smoked paprika 
  • garlic powder 
  • sea seasoning 

Instruction

  • heat grape seed oil in pan 
  • add red onion & chorizo (plant meat or whatever meat you like or no meat) 
  • sautee until browned 
  • add bok choy & sea seasoning & sesame oil 
  • add more seasoning to taste 
  • sautee about 2-3 minutes 
  • add in almonds & chopped dates 
  • sautee about another 2-3 minutes 
  • add heirloom tomatoes toss another minute & plate
