Ingredients:

  • 6 large sized potatoes 
  • 1 tbsp slap ya mama
  • 1 tbsp black pepper 
  • 1tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 6 cloves of garlic 
  • 1 tbsp parsley 
  • ½ cup oat milk 
  • 1 tbsp Vegan butter 

Instructions:

  • Set oven to 400 degrees 
  • Boil about 6 large sized red potatoes for about 45 minutes or until soft 
  • While potatoes cook, roast whole garlic cloves in oven until browned (if clove super big I slice a bit)
  • Strain water let cool for about 10 -15 mnutes 
  • Mash potatoe w/ potatoe masher leave some chunks if like slightly chunky 
  • Add dry seasonings & mash more 
  • Add oat milk & garlic & fold 
  • If need more flavor add more seasoning to your taste

Note: If you’re really missing that underlying cream taste add vegan ranch OR vegan sour cream to taste & that’ll do the trick
