Ingredients:
- 6 large sized potatoes
- 1 tbsp slap ya mama
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley
- ½ cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp Vegan butter
Instructions:
- Set oven to 400 degrees
- Boil about 6 large sized red potatoes for about 45 minutes or until soft
- While potatoes cook, roast whole garlic cloves in oven until browned (if clove super big I slice a bit)
- Strain water let cool for about 10 -15 mnutes
- Mash potatoe w/ potatoe masher leave some chunks if like slightly chunky
- Add dry seasonings & mash more
- Add oat milk & garlic & fold
- If need more flavor add more seasoning to your taste
Note: If you’re really missing that underlying cream taste add vegan ranch OR vegan sour cream to taste & that’ll do the trick
