• 2 cups frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons chia/flax seed mix
  • 2 tablespoons coconut manna butter
  • 2 bunches of kale
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1.2 teaspoon turmeric

P.S. If you want creamier add 1/2 avocado, if you want sweeter add a banana or more dates.
