• 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup mango juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple coconut milk blend (Lakewood brand)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • drizzle of honey or agave
  • 1 Tbsp chia/flax seed blend
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Protein powder (I use Vega vegan blend right now)
