I think this may be my best wing recipes I’m sharing to date! It was the big game day so I said let me whip us up some OPTIONS on the wings. It was giving SUPER BOWL WING SLAY LOL I decided to do 3 flavas, the hard way (literally we like our wings fried hard over hereeeee) LOL. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings (P.S. Get you some all natural, non-GMO, free-range, organic normal size chicken that’s NOT on steroids. Clean food is key round here. I know it’s more expensive but I pretty much go to Whole Foods for all my meats, or if I buy elsewhere I’m checking & scrutinizing where it came from & how the chickens were raised BIG TIME. Health is wealth. Invest in yoself)
  • Seasoning
    • ALL SPICE WINGS – slap ya mama, blackish & garlicky onion herb from Dear Dacy, lemon & garlic & jerk seasoning from Flavor God, dirty south, flavaful, & sweet & savory from The Spice Suite (P.S. anything goes for these all spice wings! There’s no rules use whatever seasoning you like! I change it up every time these are my go tos)
    • BUFFALO WINGS – slap ya mama, dirty south, little bit of Mrs. Dash salt-free garlic & herb
    • ASIAN SESAME WINGS – slap ya mama, Asian sesame & garlicky onion herb from Dear Dacy
  • Primal Kitchen Buffalo sauce
  • Teriyaki coconut aminos marinade & sauce (I used Big Tree Farms brand from Whole Foods, your fave teriyaki will do)
  • Sesame oil (I used the lemongrass + ginger + toasted sesame oil from the spice suite)
  • Stubb’s hickory bourbon BBQ sauce
  • Avocado oil spray

Instructions:

  • Place wings in 3 different bowls (I had about 10-15 wings in each bowl)
  • Season wings – Sorry, but I don’t have measurements for you here LOL! I just eye it & make sure the chicken is well coated. The buffalo & asian sesame wings I coated a little less than the all spice wings because I knew I was using a sauce on those so it didn’t require as much coating – I marinated the wings overnight b/c I prepped the day before but not necessary
  • Place wings in the air fryer by flavor ( I did all spice first, then buffalo, then asian sesame)
  • Cook each batch on 400 degrees for 25 minutes flipping at half way point (Again we like our wings fried hard so I go the full 25 minutes, if you don’t, do less time based on your liking 16 minutes minimum)
    • Note: You can spray wings with avocado oil before & at flip point if you want. It’s not necessary, but if you feel they are looking too dry just give them a spray
  • ASIAN SESAME: While wings are cooking, mix about 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce, 3/4 cup BBQ sauce, 2 TBSP of sesame oil, & 1 TBSP of Dear Dacy Asian Sesame seasoning in a bowl. Place aside until Asian Sesame seasoned wings are cooked & ready to coat
  • After each batch cooks, place wings in separate bowls again (The All Spice wings are done & can be plated)
  • BUFFALO WINGS: Drizzle about 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce on wings & toss until evenly coated (add more based on how much sauce you want) you can plate here or put them back in air fryer for a few minutes if you want a more crispier wing
  • ASIAN SESAME: Pour sauce on wings & toss until wings are evenly coated. Same thing you can plate here or place back in air fryer for a few minutes
  • & voila! Plate wings & crush. DASSIT!
