- 2 cups frozen wild blueberries
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2-3 tablespoons chia/flax seed mix
- 2 tablespoons coconut manna butter
- 2 bunches of kale
- 4 medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1.2 teaspoon turmeric
P.S. If you want creamier add 1/2 avocado, if you want sweeter add a banana or more dates.
