- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup mango juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple coconut milk blend (Lakewood brand)
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- drizzle of honey or agave
- 1 Tbsp chia/flax seed blend
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Protein powder (I use Vega vegan blend right now)
