Ingredients:
- chopped bok Choy
- red onion
- no evil foods chorizo plant meat (substitute whatever meat or no meat you want)
- sliced almonds
- dates
- mini heirloom tomatoes
- grape seed oil
- sesame oil
- slap ya mama seasoning
- adobo
- smoked paprika
- garlic powder
- sea seasoning
Instruction
- heat grape seed oil in pan
- add red onion & chorizo (plant meat or whatever meat you like or no meat)
- sautee until browned
- add bok choy & sea seasoning & sesame oil
- add more seasoning to taste
- sautee about 2-3 minutes
- add in almonds & chopped dates
- sautee about another 2-3 minutes
- add heirloom tomatoes toss another minute & plate
